How do I find my Axis of Rotation

Place a white piece of tape on your PAP. Video yourself throwing the bowling ball. Play the video and stop the playback as close as you can to when the ball leaves your hand. Notice where the white tape is. Compare it to the Axis Rotation Graphic to determine your Axis Rotation Angle.
